Flooring
A: The application of the two models are different. Floor paint is applicable to factories, underground parking lots and garages. Metallic floors are suitable for hotels, home, kitchens, tatto or hair salon etc. Floor paint resin is cheaper than metallic floor resin.
A:Yes , we will offer a special material for handling top
A: Because it will release heat after mixing resin and hardener, if the pigment powder mixed in is not good quality , it may change color.
A: It may sink if use large articles of pigment powder .The solution is to make the thickness not more than 1mm or to add special additives to avoid sink.
River Table
A: Because the handling way is not right or the model of deep pour resin is not so suitable. The solution is :
1) Do pretreatment before pour resin ,
2) consider to choose a slower cure resin or reduce thickness per layer of pouring ;
A: It depends on the quality and formula. Our factory offers high quality products , there will be no problem if use our products.
A: It releases too high heat during the resin curing . The solution will be :
1) control the temperature of the curing environment ,
2) reduce thickness per layer of pouring ,
3) choose a slower cure and deeper pour resin ;
Glue
A: The resin and hardener may be mixed not fully,or there is moisture on the sticker ;
A: First check if stickers are well pretreated , and then check if the resin is suitable for use
A: It will depend on formula of the products , our models have high tearing strength .
Potting Glue
A: Yes ,our products have very good performance ;
A:It releases too high heat if mix too much resin per time, the mixed resin start to react and viscosity increase before use out, so the bubbles can not release out before finishing handling ; Suggest to mix small amount of resin each time ,and use out as quickly as possible;

UV Resin

A: Yes , our resin is in high crystal clear, no odor ,bubble free, yellow resistant and very low shrinkage rate;
A: Some factory’s formula design is not designed scientificly, our UV resin have no wrinkles after cure;

A: The power of the UV light is low, or the cure time is not enough ; Suggest to light longer time or change a higher power of UV light , Suggest to use 48W UV light;
Surfboards
A: May be because of the strength and toughness of the resin is not enough, or it may be due to the structure of the board (the density of EPS foam board and the strength of glass fiber)
A: It indicates that this glue is caused by slow drying or incomplete curing. It needs to be replaced with fast drying or wait for a long curing time before polishing, so that the polished surface of the board will be good
A: Because the resin and hardener is not mixed fully when workers handle;
A: The resin which is used for making surfboard is not adding yellowing resistant additives. Our models of resin have added special additives to avoid yellowing ;
